How to manually delete a specific visitor’s data permanently.
As a data controller, you have the obligation to delete personal data upon a user's request. Face2Face makes this process simple and straightforward.
Step-by-Step Deletion Process
- Navigate to the visitor's profile Open the visitor record by clicking on their name or ID in your dashboard.
- Access deletion options Click the three dots (⋮) menu button at the top-right of the visitor profile.
- Select "Delete Visitor" From the dropdown menu, select the "Delete Visitor" option.
- Confirm deletion A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your intention to permanently delete this visitor's data.
- Deletion complete The visitor's data is now permanently deleted from our system.
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible - once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
- Deletion complies with GDPR and other privacy regulations requiring the ability to erase personal data.
