This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the acceptable and unacceptable use of Face2Face.io’s (“Face2Face”, “we”, “us”, “our”) platform and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Purpose

Face2Face is committed to providing a secure, trustworthy platform. This AUP ensures responsible use by customers, end-users, and third parties.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive content.
  • Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our platform or circumvent security measures.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
  • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Send unsolicited marketing or promotional material (spam).
  • Collect personal data without proper legal basis or consent.
  • Abuse communication features (e.g., co-browsing, video calls) to harass, deceive, or defraud others.
  • Submit or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, political views) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Use the services in connection with critical infrastructure or life-threatening applications.
  • Automate excessive requests or scrape our platform without written permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their end-users comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Any end-user breach will be treated as a breach by the customer.

3. Enforcement & Consequences

Face2Face reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any use violates this Acceptable Use Policy.

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to services
  • Legal action if necessary
  • Notification to law enforcement or relevant authorities

Face2Face reserves the right to investigate violations and remove content that we determine violates this AUP.
